Large tortilla, pesto sauce, cooked chicken, shredded mozzarella—wrap it up, drizzle some olive oil and stick it over the fire for a perfect hot sandwich!

I make my son grilled cheese and grilled PB&J all the time. The bread gets so toasted, he loved them! We’ve also been experimenting with pizza sauce, cheese, & pepperoni. Thhey turn out well also. Think I’ll try fried pies next.

The first time we made Grilled Ham and Cheese with this the edges were hard to clean, had to burn excess off, the 2nd time I sprayed the entire thing, including the edges with Pam and everything came off easy. We also made 2 loaves of Bannock Bread which came out great. Very versatile, can be cooked on the grill or a portable propane stove. The cast iron is a little heavy but heats up quickly and cooks quickly.

Only thing I dislike, is that I havent got to use it yet. Looks solid arrived intact. Just need to be used. Def get it. Oh and it’s heavy cast iron.

Even after preheating you still have to flip it. The directions say it's not necessary but it's very necessary. The only thing that would make this better is to have a special carrying case so you can take it camping with you and all the parts would be in one location.

Sturdy and well made. Adjustable handles are a plus.

Bought a camping cookbook that showed recipes for these.. they are so easy to use. Buy the soap and oil specifically for cast iron. Use lots of butter or cooking spray
